Each person will move respecting their physical limits and/or personal comfort
Sr. Mary-Ellen Francoeur is a Sister of Service with a background in spiritual direction and clinical psychology. She is also deeply committed to the spirituality of ecology and cosmology. She approaches all of her ministry wholistically.
